The above prices are for my time only and do not include the cost of any specific type/colour of wool. You are more than welcome to purchase your own wool and pattern. If the materials are purchased by myself, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time an order is confirmed. Any receipts for wool purchased by myself will be provided upon completion of the garment/s.
I often keep a selection of yarn in stock and am happy to advise you what is available at the time an order is placed.

How to Pay
All payments/deposits will need to be made by cheque and posted to us. Details will be included on our confirmed order form after a quotation either by form or telephone. Upon receipt of any orders placed an order form will be issued detailing all information provided and confirmation that the information is correct will be required prior to any works being undertaken.
At this time the deposit will be required if the materials are to be purchased by us. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill.
Once the garment/s has/have been completed I will contact you accordingly and the final payment will then be due, including postage and packing. This final payment will be required within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in the garment/s not being posted and, if a deposit paid, no monies will be returned as this amount will cover any expenses already incurred by us.
